TABLE BOOKINGS - TERMS

Our booking terms and conditions are outlined below. Should you have any questions, further queries or requests ahead of your visit, please do not hesitate to contact us.
A contact number and e-mail address must be provided upon making a booking. All bookings are subject to availability. Guests are asked to arrive by their designated booking time. If guests are running late for any reason, we kindly ask that you notify us at your earliest convenience.
December - Our Christmas Menu is available 1st to 23rd December. Bookings of 10 or more are kindly required to pre order at least 1 week before their booking date.

Deposits - Tables of 10 or more a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required. Deposits are requested to secure your booking. These are payable at the time of booking and are deducted from the final bill.

Reductions in numbers - Please advise us of any reduction in the numbers for your party at least 72 hours prior to the date of the booking, especially when a pre-order has been made. Amendments within this 72-hour period may not have the deposit redeemed for the guests who do not attend.
Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that any cancellation of your reservation be made no less than 72 hours prior so that we can manage our services.
Table Allocation - When booking a table with us please let us know if you are bringing your four legged friend. Our bar is dog friendly and we will allocate you a table in this area subject to availability.
Allergy Information - Guests should always advise us of any special dietary requirements, including intolerances and allergies. Where possible, we will advise you on alternative dishes. However, whilst every effort is made to reduce the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are free from allergens and therefore we cannot accept any liability in this respect. Guests with severe allergies are advised to assess their own level of risk and consume dishes at their own risk.
